Yep... definately don't ever want to confess unless you're sure she doesn't like

subbed DVDs. Unlike some anime, even after 200 episodes, One Piece is still
worth watching and the fighting is intense as always. I know that after watching
some of the AMVs people made. But, I hope they stick to the story though...

Well, man... for starters you gotta extract a good scan using the Polygon thing tool, eraser or the Pen tool.
Then there's making the background... now there are various methods to that, but I'll leave someone else to do the show and tell.
